We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city from our fifth-floor room. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start our day.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The location was good, with easy access to public transportation for exploring anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The breakfast provided was acceptable and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the neighborhood and comfortable walking home alone late at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our toiletries and towels were changed daily.

Room issues include broken glass, cockroaches, non-functioning shower, and a door that lacked security.
The room was spacious and well-equipped with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and writing desk. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets conveniently located. The neighborhood was safe and within walking distance of local restaurants and easy access to public transportation.
