We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even allowing us to check in early. They were knowledgeable about the nearby subway and bus lines, which made getting around the city easy. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Plus, the location was great, close to the Citi Field and Times Square on the subway for a low fare.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel had a great location next to a small shopping center and was conveniently located to the transportation options, such as the #7 Subway. The cleanliness and modern look of the hotel were impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The presence of a coffee maker in the room was a nice touch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Cleanliness was spotless. The room was nicely decorated and very well equipped. Hotel facilities were excellent, including the rooftop bar with a beautiful view. Location near restaurants, stores, and a shopping mall parking garage. Close to the subway station, offering easy access to the city.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The best aspects were the convenient location near the US Open venue and the subway station, making it easy for us to get around the city. We loved being close to a variety of Chinese restaurants and massage areas, with shopping at Target just across the street. The hotel staff were friendly and bilingual, providing excellent service. They even allowed us to check in early and quickly resolved any issues we had during our stay. the hotel had great transportation options, a prime location near delicious food, and helpful staff.
