We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel was exceptional, with beautiful details throughout. We loved the convenience of having bikes available from the hotel to explore the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with Filiberto providing excellent service as a waiter and Jose impressing us with his French language skills at the reception. Claudio at the bar was patient and accommodating, while Fernando at the rooftop was sweet and always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the town and the beach area, allowing us to easily access restaurants, bars, the Yal-ku lagoon.

Nothing to complain about at all

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants and bars nearby. It was also very close to the beach, just a short bike ride away. The amenities were great, especially the infinity pool on the rooftop with its stunning view. Another convenient feature was the free parking garage inside the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant was a great addition, offering stunning views. The hotel also provided free bike rentals and organized trips to the nearby beach. Another highlight was the small consumations included at the pool area. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to a variety of restaurants and bars.

The staff, including Filiberto, Jose, Claudio, and Fernando. They provided excellent service and were super friendly and helpful. Additionally, having bikes available from the hotel was a great perk for exploring the area.
