We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. They even left a sweet surprise for our friend's birthday. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the private pool that came with it. The hotel had two swimming pools, one on the rooftop with a beautiful view, and another in the jungle setting. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurants on-site, especially the fresh and tasty options. The hotel had great security measures, ensuring our safety throughout our stay. Additionally, the aromatherapy provided in the evenings added a relaxing touch to the overall experience.

We loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel - it felt like a peaceful retreat in a lush jungle. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the shower was spacious and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to both the beach and town, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The breakfast was okay, and the balcony in the room was a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with restaurant reservations and transportation. The rooms were well taken care of and clean.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a tranquil atmosphere. The staff, especially Patricia, provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and well-equipped kitchen, were fantastic. The location in the new neighborhood of Aldea Zama was convenient for exploring both the city center and the beach area. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of organic and vegetarian options. The staff were extremely helpful and sweet.
