We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a lovely comfortable bed and it was very quiet. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool with entertainment and a fantastic 'busker' in the foyer. The location was perfect for us as it was within easy walking distance to Universal Studios. We also loved the convenience of the included unlimited fast passes, which allowed us to skip the lines and make the most of our time at the park.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel important and catered to. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the parks, and we never had to wait for transportation. The fact that the hotel offered express passes for both the check-in day and check-out day was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel had everything we needed. The in/beach style entrance made us feel like we were on a tropical getaway. We also enjoyed browsing the EMack and Bolios Marketplace and exploring the Hard Rock shop. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. the best aspect of this hotel was its prime location and excellent amenities.
