We loved our stay at this grand lodge close to Mount Hood.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, with stunning craftsmanship and a beautiful art collection.
The location, right by the ski lift, was fantastic for our family of four.
The staff were friendly and responsive, making our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge! The breathtaking view of Mt. Hood from our room was an absolute highlight. The historic building, a National Historic Landmark, was steeped in fascinating history, with beautiful WPA paintings and a cozy, comfy bed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have access to hotel facilities like the informational loop and enjoy the mountain's beauty, despite the occasional smoke. The lodge's location in the ever-expanding waistline of America was perfect for our early morning set-off and convenient for exploring this city.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed and a spotless room, making for a relaxing stay. The location was amazing, right at the base of Mt. Hood, providing stunning views and plenty of outdoor activities year-round. The hotel's buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and updated bathrooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the beautiful Great House lodge and its historic architecture. The views of the magnificent Mt. were breathtaking from the in-suite baths. The location, whether in the middle of summer or during ski season, provided easy access to transportation and parking.
