I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cozumel. The building was new and modern, with clean and well-maintained public areas and rooms. The hotel had a lovely smell throughout. The staff were professional, friendly, and well-trained. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, powerful shower, and good Wi-Fi connection. The hotel's location was great, with a nice little private beach and two nice pools. It was in a quiet area, about a 7-minute taxi ride into town. The hotel also offered a variety of water sports, including free snorkeling and other activities like parasailing and paddleboarding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent as well. The hotel staff, from housekeeping to management, provided excellent hospitality. When I experienced power outages in my room, the management upgraded me to a better room without any hesitation. The housekeeping was outstanding, with special towel displays and flowers greeting me in my room. The hotel's location provided a breathtaking view of the sunset every day. The pool was clean and well designed. The food, although not outstanding, was presented beautifully and the waiters were attentive and not in a rush.
