The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location in a great spot downtown made it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone from John, the server at Jack Dusty, to Jackeline at the front desk, and Kathy who helped us with restaurant recommendations, was professional and fabulous. We were impressed by the attentiveness of Alejandra at the pool and the comfort of our room. The game room near the pool, where we enjoyed playing ping pong with our friends, was a great amenity. Access to the Ritz Beach Club on Lido Key was also an awesome experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff exceeded our expectations in every way, from the valet guys to the cleaning crew. The room was spacious and immaculate. The pool, although the water was a bit hot due to the Florida weather, was still enjoyable and the pool drinks were good. The hotel also had a shuttle service to St. Armand's and the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club on Lido Key, which was very convenient. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the information provided about the surrounding area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
