From check in to check out everything was great. The staff, especially Joseph at the front desk, was amazing and helpful. We were also upgraded upon arrival. The food at this hotel is of a high standard and the wait staff, especially Alan, provided great recommendations and service. The hotel is clean and has excellent facilities including a beautiful pool, garden games, and a spa. The location offers stunning views and easy access to desert trails. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a wonderful stay.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on a hillside overlooking the Coachella Valley was breathtaking. The scenic views were stunning, especially while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the adult pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the cleaners to the valets and receptionists. We appreciated how they always greeted us with a smile and even offered complimentary champagne during check-in. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the candy bar in the lobby and the gorgeous bathrooms, added to the overall great experience. We also loved the attention to detail, such as the free sunscreen provided by the pool and the top-notch toga teacher.

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Andrea efficiently assisted us with our car rental exchange, while Brett gave great recommendations for local attractions. Ricky at the reception was outstanding, especially when he found out it was my husband's birthday. He went above and beyond to arrange two unforgettable trips for us. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a big swimming pool, spa, and salon. The location was also great, with beautiful views of the mountains and close proximity to Modernist attractions in Palm Springs.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with three pools to choose from, including an adults-only option. The location was perfect for us, as we had a car and it was just a short drive to Palm Springs. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and will definitely be returning.
