We really liked the ground level location of the hotel, which was perfect for my friend's foot condition. The room on the west wing had a nice view of the street, part of the beach, and local mountains. The room itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We appreciated the amenities like the mini refrigerator and microwave, as well as the close proximity of the ice machine. The staff was friendly and helpful, even sending us more toilet paper when we ran out. the ambiance was pleasant and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the tail end of a road trip throughout California. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were in excellent shape. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the patio cafe, which offered beautiful views of the ocean and surroundings. The location was also a major highlight, as it was conveniently near downtown and other properties in the Santa Barbara area. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided quick responses to our requests. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay so close to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfy bed and plenty of pillows. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with an upgraded room with ocean views for our anniversary. The hotel grounds were beautiful, well-kept, and over 100 years old. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection to choose from. The hotel's location near the ocean was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

The spacious and spotless room was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom layout was exceptional with a large countertop. The hotel's location was close to the freeway and just half a mile from downtown, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The staff, especially Dorothy in the office, were incredibly friendly and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and loved the beautiful outdoor patio.

The hotel facilities were excellent - clean rooms and comfortable accommodation. The location right across from the beach was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.
