We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The hotel facilities were beautiful and the cleanliness was top-notch. The free valet parking was a great convenience, and the shuttle service to downtown was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, with a stunning marina view from our room. The complimentary key west aloe products added a special touch to our stay. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff, who were always willing to answer our questions with a smile. we loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, even during a tropical storm. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and necessary amenities like a small coffee pot and refrigerator. I highly recommend getting a marina view and taking advantage of the free shuttle to explore the city. this hotel provided a beautiful, modern stay with excellent facilities and a great location away from the busy city.
