The location was perfect, as it was really close to the beach and the shops in this lovely coastal town. The hotel facilities were great, with stunning gardens that I unfortunately couldn't fully enjoy due to the weather. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great advice on places to visit and recommending evening meals. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and a special mention to the gluten-free toast they made for me. the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, along with the hotel's proximity to the beach and town centre, made for a wonderful stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with modern facilities that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre, the harbour, and the beach area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and even lending us an adapter for our electrical cables. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We also loved the historical connection of the hotel to famous paleontologists Elizabeth Philpot and Mary Anning.
All good.
We had a fantastic stay close to the centre of this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a superb restaurant and a stylish breakfast room. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on evening meals and places to visit. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also had convenient parking for guests, which was a big plus. One of the best features was the location in the garden, where we enjoyed a drink with great views.
Nothing it was perfect.
The room was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice en suite. The hotel facilities were great, including the reliable and functional Internet. We were delighted to find free parking directly opposite the hotel, which is a rare find in the UK. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, near the centre of the town and within walking distance to the sea.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.
Cleanliness, parking, location close to centre, superb restaurant down to the sea. Breakfast and staff were excellent too.
