Was all great.
The location at the base of the mountain was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby had a great view of the ski hill.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to downtown Aspen through their excellent shuttle service. The cleaning service did a fantastic job, and the staff, including the manager Joseph Zuena, were quick to resolve any issues and offer options to make things right. I also appreciated the upgrade in the washer dryer situation, with the hotel even washing and folding my clothes. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the amenities like the outdoor hot tubs and large pool were a nice addition.
