I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town, allowing me to easily walk to all the major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including an open rooftop bar that provided stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering useful tips and recommendations. I especially appreciated the warm welcome and assistance from the night shift woman, Cass. The level of customer service from all the staff, from housekeeping to the kitchen staff, was truly exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the historic center. The hotel was clean, with modern and fun decor. The bed and shower were spotless. The rooftop restaurant/bar had lovely views and delicious drinks. The staff was friendly and courteous.
The hotel has a cute aesthetic and nice furniture. We loved the awesome location right in the center of old Salem. Parking was available nearby, although it wasn't free. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was cool and even texted us when our room was ready.
