Clean and comfortable room. Impressive room aesthetics and amenities. Good selection of TV channels. Convenient location close to the Great Smoky National Park
Minimal breakfast options on Friday. Inconsistent breakfast quality between days
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bryson City. The location was perfect, nestled in a little mountain town. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, and I enjoyed starting my day with a hot bagel and coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the well-maintained rooms. The shower had excellent water pressure, and there were plenty of channels on the TV. this hotel provided excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
It was all superb. However, there was one minor issue I noticed in the room.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always saying goodbye and welcoming us back. The room was clean, well-kept, and had no odors. The location was convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and a short drive into town. We also loved the proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Almost perfect, but some minor issues with old bathroom fixtures and broken tiles in the elevator.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with updated furniture and fixtures. The staff, especially George at the front desk, were courteous, professional, and welcoming. The hotel was located in a quiet area, allowing me to sleep soundly and undisturbed. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive enough for a complete meal, and the 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate self-service station was a nice touch. The convenient location made it easy to explore the town center and enjoy the nearby restaurants.
Nothing at all.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Check-in was fast and flawless, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel and my room were clean and well-maintained. The facilities were great, including the pool which my 10-year-old son loved. The room had useful amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. The location was convenient, with a sidewalk leading into town in just a short 10-minute walk. I also appreciated the separate sink from the toilet/shower and the ample parking available. The breakfast lady was especially delightful and made our stay even more pleasant.
All good.
