The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and honest. The service provided by the breakfast wait staff was exceptional, with Juan Pablo, Magaly, and Valerie always starting our day off right with a welcoming smile. The technicians who serviced our bathroom were also very helpful. The attentiveness of the staff to any issues raised, and their eagerness to ensure that problems were resolved, was laudable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful farewell slice of cake during our last day's breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the 24-hour gym access.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was convenient for attendees at a Medical convention and also for those wanting to visit the Bahai Temple. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast wait staff, who made our mornings delightful. The transportation options were convenient with easy access to the airport and the central bus station. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the 24-hour gym access was a great perk.
