We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the valet parking and luggage staff to the front desk staff. The hotel was orderly and neat, and the indoor pool area was kept clean. The location was great for getting around, especially for airport transportation and going to the Bridgestone Arena.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and comforter were extremely comfortable, and the room was very nice. The hotel staff, including the front desk and concierge, were all awesome and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely landscape. We enjoyed sitting on the comfy chairs with a round table. The hotel's breakfast buffet was outstanding, and we also loved the fact that every room has a balcony. The proximity to downtown was great, as it was only an 8-15 minute drive. this hotel provided good value in comparison to downtown prices.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area and veranda. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to my son's apartment and the airport. The shuttle service was also very convenient.
Everything was spot on.
The king-sized bed was incredibly comfy and the room was spacious and well arranged. We loved that room service could bring our food right to a little breakfast table in the room. The cleanliness was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
