From check-in to checkout, my stay at this hotel was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing, with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens that made it difficult for me to get out of bed. The spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in rain shower added to the overall wonderful experience. The views from my corner suite were stunning, especially when the sun filled the room. The hotel's location was key, with numerous amazing eateries and bars within walking distance, including a nearby Whole Foods. The hotel had a boutique feel and showcased state-of-the-art technology. The staff, especially the manager Aldo Rodriguez, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Aldo continued to check in on us throughout our stay, along with Juan Rodriguez and Alex. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and their efforts in handling any issues, such as with the restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The decoration and vibe were very nice, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff provided excellent attention, and one particular staff member stood out for his exceptional kindness. The hotel offers great facilities, including a steam bath for all guests and a complete gym. The location in the West Loop area was superb as there were many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, we were grateful for the hotel's willingness to assist us when we accidentally left something in an Uber. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were also top-notch.
