We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were giant and super comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and Jacuzzi, were perfect. The included breakfast was also amazing.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff made our stay unforgettable. The hostess at the beach bar was always attentive and ensured that all guests were well taken care of. The hotel is situated near the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres and is within a short walking distance to the vibrant downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms exceeded our expectations. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and a beautiful sandy shore. I always found a comfortable lounge chair whenever I wanted, and the beach staff were super friendly and helpful, taking food and drink orders right at my sunbed. The hotel itself was extremely clean, with the staff constantly sweeping up palm fronds and ensuring that everything was immaculate. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot days. The location of this hotel was also perfect, with an idyllic view of the outdoor cameras that the property has for security. I couldn't ask for more in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, this hotel is located close to one of the best beaches on the island. I could swim for hours and admire the abundance of colorful fish. Additionally, the hotel facilities including the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding. I also enjoyed attending the yoga classes offered here. this hotel provided fantastic accommodations and a great location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in, facing the beach, was amazing, especially with the balcony where we could enjoy the breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the clean and spacious rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi, and the beautiful tropical plants throughout the property. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the stunning Playa Norte beach and within a short walking distance to the lively downtown area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had no issues with cleanliness, as the entire hotel was impeccably maintained.
