Cleanliness: The room was spacious and clean. Hotel facilities: Beautifully decorated, smelled lovely, and had an adorable bar downstairs. Location: Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and theaters. Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Samantha, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel was extremely clean and well-kept. It was conveniently located, within minutes of several restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. For entertainment lovers, the hotel was within walking distance of theaters and live music venues. Parking was hassle-free, and we appreciated the assistance from Samantha and Carrie in finding a spot when the overflow lot was full.

We had such a great stay here while on business in this city. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and music venues. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed and nice linens. The coffee and tea station on the second floor was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was prime, with easy access to downtown sights and a variety of restaurants and craft beer venues. It was perfect for me, as I was on a cross-country trip and needed a convenient place to stay. I loved the gathering space outside the rooms, where I could relax in comfortable chairs and enjoy the atmosphere.

This hotel has a great location in an old building downtown that has been nicely updated and has real character. I loved how central it was to everything I wanted to do in this city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the availability of parking and the fact that the hotel had free wifi. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The best part was the dining choices within easy walking distance, especially Rishi's blueberry hibiscus tea, which was a delightful treat.
