The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the fisherman's wharf and the Monterey Aquarium. The hotel was close to great restaurants and the trolley stop was just across the street by the conference center. The valet workers were fantastic and helped with parking. The room was spacious with big windows that opened for fresh air.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being close to the Monterey Aquarium and just a short walk from the wharf. I loved being able to easily explore the city and dine at some fabulous restaurants on the wharf. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the convention center, making it perfect for business travelers like myself. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with well-maintained rooms and plenty of towels provided. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered fantastic value, especially for children, and there was a good selection on the ร  la carte menu for adults as well.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, right near Alverado Street where all the fun, shops, and an abundance of restaurants are. It's also very close to Fisherman's Wharf, making it easy to explore and enjoy the waterfront. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, especially when added to my room. The room itself was well-designed, with plenty of counter space in the dressing area, perfect for getting ready for the day or evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were such a hit with our kids. The location was perfect, as we were just a short walk away from the pier and a variety of restaurants, bars, and candy shops. We also appreciated the honest and clear communication from the staff regarding cheaper parking alternatives, showcasing good management.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for driving short distances to Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Salinas Valley for wine tasting. Plus, it was conveniently situated close to some fabulous restaurants on the wharf. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated our needs. The parking was convenient, and transportation options were readily accessible. The breakfast provided was a delightful perk!
