I had an amazing stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. The staff were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the public bath was a great way to relax after a long day. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood right next to downtown Kyoto. It was also conveniently close to Pontocho and Nishiki Market, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great service.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful spa and the relaxing communal bathroom on the bottom floor. The location, nestled among small streets and shops, was perfect when I first arrived, just two blocks north of Nishiki Market. It was also conveniently close to the famous Gion district. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from.
