I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic. The concierge was amazing, always ready to assist with any request. Getting taxis was quick and easy. The pool was lovely and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect, right at the end of South Beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice little fridge and all necessary amenities. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cold.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, youthful, and enthusiastic. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The concierge was especially knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me with any questions I had. Getting a taxi was a breeze, thanks to their phenomenal help. The pool was lovely and peaceful, providing a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect, as it was right at the end of South Beach, making it easy to walk to the lively sections with bars and restaurants. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a balcony with a big sliding glass door, despite the street noise being a bit loud. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They provided plenty of towels, soaps, and other amenities like a hairdryer and iron. And I must mention, the air conditioning was nice and cold, which was a welcome relief in this hot climate.
Nothing not to love.
We loved the hotel's prime location right on the beach and only a short walk away from the bustling Ocean Dr and other popular attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. We especially appreciated the excellent service provided by Ricardo at the cabana area, who ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. The hotel facilities, including the pool and lounge chairs, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the convenient drink service and the option to have breakfast at the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.
