We loved the spacious and well-decorated rooms, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and boardwalk from our balcony. The hotel staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The resort's location on Hollywood beach allowed us to easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and bars. The staff, including Mila at the front desk and our energetic waiter at the Margaritaville restaurant, provided exceptional service.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in August, right at the start of rainy season. The cleanliness, comfort, and location on the boardwalk were top-notch. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the beach area was excellent, with chairs and towels readily available. The bellhops, concierge, and bartenders we encountered were all professional, friendly, and provided timely service. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the beautiful rooms that were clean and had a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable too. The location of the hotel was awesome, as we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use our car. The hotel had a variety of restaurants to choose from, both on-site and in the surrounding area. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. The pools were well-maintained and the wait staff provided excellent service.
