Best aspects of my stay included the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. I appreciated the fact that there was no carpeting, making it easy to clean up after being wet or sandy. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful terrace area and a great view of the pool and sea. The staff were very helpful and informative when I had any questions. Additionally, the location right on the beach made it convenient for all the activities we did, and it was nice to meet other dog families during my stay.
That everything was fantastic
I was beyond impressed with this resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home. They even welcomed my little dog with a special gift. The view from my room was amazing, and I loved the free kayaks and other amenities provided. The landscaping was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful week.
Couldn't fault the hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautifully maintained and everything was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room and sitting area was perfect. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was in the middle of everything and close to restaurants. I particularly enjoyed using the bikes and paddle boards provided by the hotel. The ocean view from my room was stunning and I loved being able to walk out to the pool from my back door.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and outside spaces was impressive with no unpleasant smells at all. The staff were always friendly and visible, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The pool was enjoyable and well-maintained. I also appreciated the presence of a bar on the premises. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was situated between Key Largo and Key West. I found it easy to explore the area's restaurants and stores.
