The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was ample and convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and a short drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe. The staff, especially Dee, was extremely hardworking and friendly.
No housekeeping service provided during my five-day stay. Slow-draining tub shower, people sleeping outside with noisy dogs.
The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the Grand Sierra Resort where I had show tickets. In the morning, Dee, one of the staff members, was working incredibly hard, managing check-outs and maintaining the breakfast area. She had a wonderful attitude, always smiling and going above and beyond her duties. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail in areas like shower grout and the shower curtain. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and handled all of our requests with a smile. The rooms were super clean and all hardware/appliances worked perfectly. Despite the location being across the street from the freeway, a High School, two blocks from an Elementary School, and about a mile from the airport, noise was NOT an issue inside our room. We were able to sleep well and wake up refreshed. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. We also found the location convenient, with easy access to transportation and a large number of rooms available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice breakfast area and a well-maintained pool. Parking was convenient and the location was ideal, situated near a distribution center and close to transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Can't fault the property in any way.
