The staff was amazing, providing excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even finding us a new room when our AC went out. The second room was much cleaner, with everything in working order. The hotel's location was convenient, not far from downtown for our convention. The free breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the fresh-smelling bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a fitness center available for guests to use. Parking was convenient and free, making it easy for us to explore the wonderful tourist attractions in this city. The location was ideal, with easy access to I-35 North and short driving distances to nearby places of interest. The staff provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Nothing I didn't like.
We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our deluxe king room. The hotel lobby, which also served as the breakfast area, had a beautiful design. The breakfast offered a variety of hot items like eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy, as well as traditional continental options. We also enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Fort Worth via North Main. We loved the bucolic setting outside, with a covered bridge, walking trail, and views of horses and cattle.
