The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, they were charming, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Walid at check-in was incredibly informative and efficient, making the process a breeze. Additionally, Hassan from the Traffic department was kind, polite, and even helped me with my bags when my car stopped. The entire staff provided excellent customer service, making sure I felt valued and well taken care of. Special mentions to Rozaldo, who went the extra mile to assist with transportation, and Abhijeet, who kept my room spotless and well-stocked.

The hotel was exceptionally marvellous! The cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location were top-notch. We were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles by the staff, who provided relentless support and met every demand to the minutest detail. The views from our window took our breath away, and the consistent room service and in-room dining services were impressive. This place truly felt like home during our vacation.

The staff is capable, friendly, and always available to assist with any issues. The location is convenient, close to attractions, and easily accessible by transportation.
