Cleanliness: The room was spotless and the linens and towels were super clean.
Hotel facilities: The courtyard was beautiful with a peaceful pond and adorable bunnies. They even provided dog amenities for our furry friends.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful garden area with a sitting alcove directly on the ocean. The location was perfect, being just steps away from the beach, and about a mile outside of the downtown area and from Haystack Rock. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Everything is exactly what we needed and wanted.
The room felt like home with thoughtful details and a cozy gas fireplace. The extra blankets and towels were a nice touch. Complimentary Keurig coffee and cookies were a treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-situated, just a block away from the beautiful beach. The 12 o'clock checkout allowed us to enjoy the city more before leaving.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, providing top-notch service with their friendly and helpful attitude. The landscaping of the property was beautiful, with bunnies scattered throughout, adding a charming touch. The room we stayed in was apartment-style, complete with a small balcony and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring both a shower and a large jacuzzi bath. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a scenic 40-minute stroll into town. We have been coming to this city for over 20 years, and this hotel has become our favorite.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
