The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot or by tram. It was centrally located and within a 10 to 15-minute walk from most attractions. Additionally, the hotel had a tram stop just outside, making it easy to access the entire city. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process easy. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

The hotel's location was perfect - central to many attractions and easily accessible to public transport. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to unwind with a nightcap at the bar, where Frankie & Tom entertained us and gave us helpful information about the area. The cleanliness of our room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in town central. The location was perfect, with the tram stop right out the front door and close to the train station. It made getting around this city extremely convenient. The hotel facilities were modern and had a cool vibe. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a great bed and were spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. They went above and beyond to provide great service, always being caring, attentive, and willing to help. Their helpfulness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable.
