The staff at reception, especially Lizzie, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed. The water temperature in the shower was impressively hot.

The location near the train station made it convenient for us to easily travel into Birmingham. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a large enough room for our family and a cozy bed. We appreciated the friendly and approachable staff who made us feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was sufficient to keep us satisfied until lunchtime.
All was perfect.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, making it easy to travel around. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
