I loved that it was in a nice area of town that was quiet in the evening. Still close to several really great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had convenient parking on the premises at reasonable rates. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice gym and sauna. The location was perfect for attending the event at the nearby Wintrust Arena. We also appreciated the easy access to public transportation and the convenient parking options. Plus, we loved that we had in and out privileges until 8 pm on the day of checkout.

We loved the modern and stylish rooms, which were spacious and had a fantastic view of the city and Lake Michigan. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and gym, were excellent. The location was perfect, right beside all the action, adjacent to guest laundry at the parking deck level, and in close proximity to the Marriott and McCormick Center.
Everything is what we need and want.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the lake and stadium. The temperature in the room was perfect, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The addition of the outdoor lounge with firepits was a pleasant surprise. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop in front that can take you to the Magnificent Mile in just 20 minutes. It's also within walking distance to the museum campus, where three out of the five attractions included in the city pass are located. The hotel also had a rental bike station, which was a convenient way to explore the city.
There was nothing we didn't like.
