I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Granada. The location was perfect, right on a bustling street with great views of the volcano and the cathedral. The hotel facilities were impressive, with open courtyards and comfortable seating areas to escape the heat of the day. The room itself was spacious and clean, complete with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and there were plenty of options to choose from. One special touch was the complimentary earplugs provided, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The beautiful colonial building and gardens created a breathtaking ambiance that instantly made me feel at home. The spacious and comfortable rooms offered a great view from the balcony. The staff, especially Blanca at the front desk and Marvin in maintenance, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my son's birthday memorable. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of Parque Central, the cathedral, and many recommended restaurants. The cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel were top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were excellent. We appreciated the secure parking for our car, with a dedicated guardian and surveillance camera. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ramon, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough!
