I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. Julia at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She resolved a technical issue with my television and even upgraded my room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel itself exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere. I loved the vintage feel of the building, with its beautiful marble, woodwork, and intricate carvings. The breakfast provided a large variety of tasty options, and the bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, the St. Paul River Centre, and accessible via the Green Line light rail station or buses from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in the city.
