The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive. The room, although small, was cosy and clean. The view from the 6th floor was stunning. The hotel's location was superb, just minutes away from the Magnificent Mile and the Loop. Additionally, the hotel had kind and helpful front desk staff who provided excellent service. The free breakfast offered was also a bonus.
Everything was fantastic.
The staff at the front desk, especially Ros, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had excellent selections, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was just like the pictures and the bed was very comfy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was compact and cute, with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, near many amazing sights and within walking distance to many places downtown. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We also loved the hot breakfast, which was a great way to start our day.
Was all great.
We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the metro, restaurants, and all that this city has to offer. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a Trader Joe's just next door. Plus, being close to Michigan Avenue was a huge bonus.
