We had a fast and easy check-in process, and the hotel facilities, although a bit worn, were fine. The proximity to the airport was convenient, especially with the added shuttle bus service. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, particularly the valet and concierge, were efficient and personable. The gym facility was also a great plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with a short commute to the airport. The free shuttle service made traveling a breeze. The shuttle service provided convenient transportation to the airport and even to the nearby Port area. The location was perfect for exploring the Miami area and the brand reputation was upheld with top-notch service and amenities.

For our one-night stay on transit from the UK to Belize, this hotel was just what we needed. The location was perfect, with easy transportation to and from the airport. We enjoyed a lovely view of the lagoon from our clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was satisfactory. Additionally, we were able to walk just a few blocks away to a very good Cuban restaurant for dinner.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-decorated and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the outdoor swimming pool with comfortable loungers and a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service was exceptional, from the helpful staff to the friendly bar lady by the pool. They even provided transportation to pick me up from the airport and offered convenient parking. Moreover, the location was great, being close to transportation options and a short drive to Marco Island. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a buffet spread with plenty of options to choose from.
