I had an awesome stay at this hotel in a hip vibrant city. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The view of the lake was spectacular, and it added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff was super helpful, especially the desk attendant who gave great restaurant suggestions. I also loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that the air quality was good, which is usually an issue for me even in upscale hotels.

The hotel offered free bike and helmet rentals, which made exploring the city convenient and enjoyable. The executive lounge was a highlight, with a private dining area and a buffet. The bar staff was super friendly and even gave us waters at the end of the night. The front desk staff handled the pressure from other guests very well, making check-in and check-out smooth.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was exceptional, handling obnoxious guests with pure professionalism. The bed was very comfortable, with downy and plump pillows. I had a corner room with a nice view of the lake. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance of major restaurants, Lake Champlain, Church Street, Pearl and College Streets, and the waterfront. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient, and there were lots of outlets in the room. The TV worked well, although movie choices were not available.
