I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from the lively Duvall St and Mallory Square. It was great to be able to walk to all the downtown attractions and shops. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The pool area and garden were beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the receptionist provided useful information about the free street parking options nearby, which was a convenient feature. The hotel even offered a delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, adding to the overall value of the stay.
Everything was great - no complaints whatsoever.
The location was perfect, just off Duval St. but not too close. We loved being close to all the happenings of Key West. The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious room with a private patio overlooking the pool. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with everything from arranging activities to golf cart rentals. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the coffee was excellent.
