We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice ocean view. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spotless daily, making it a perfect space to come back to each evening. The location of the hotel was exceptional, with its proximity to downtown and major attractions. We loved that it was walkable and also offered bike options for easy transportation. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a restaurant within the hotel. We also enjoyed the nightly happy hours, providing a great opportunity to unwind and meet new people.

The hotel was located in a convenient spot, not far from Volcano National Park and close to the Stargazing events. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as the grounds were well maintained and the rooms were in good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and the open air layout of the lobby, bar, and restaurant was refreshing. We also appreciated the complimentary valet parking and the ease of getting around this city.

The hotel offers clean and modern rooms with friendly portiers and cleaning staff. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from some of the rooms and the history behind the property. The location on Banyan Ave, lined with stately banyan trees, was worth a visit. We also appreciated the big, beautiful garden-like space with a pool and a bridge to Coconut Island. The staff, including Sierra, the desk clerk, provided excellent customer service and even gave us complimentary water and breakfast coupons.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room, located on the 6th floor, was clean and nicely renovated, offering a great view of the lagoon and water. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, being knowledgeable about local directions and suggestions. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding and genuinely helpful. The open-air layout of the lobby, bar, and restaurant added a pleasant touch. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and clean. The location, near a beautiful quiet oceanside park, was perfect. The hotel also had beautiful artwork displayed throughout.
