The hotel was clean and the facilities were great. The parking was convenient and the location was close enough to Bourbon Street to walk, but far enough to avoid the traffic and noise. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
I had a fantastic stay here! The breakfast and hospitality during the happy hour were top-notch, making it the best economically. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. The location was great, with a short walk to the streetcar stop and the river walk mall entrance. Being outside of the high traffic streets was a plus, especially when traveling with a child. The hotel's room service was very good. It was a bit surprising though that they didn't have grilled cheese on the kids menu, considering they are known for it.
Couldn't fault anything.
Cleanliness - Everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast - The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. Staff - The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location - The hotel's location was convenient and in a safe area. It was walking distance to attractions like the WWII National Museum.
There was nothing we didn't like.
