I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The modern-looking facilities were even nicer than the pictures online. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service from the valet to the bellhop to the front desk. I especially loved the convenience of having a Starbucks right in the lobby. The location of the hotel made it easy for me to get to the main areas of this city, as well as to a fun cigar bar where I enjoyed a couple of drinks and cigars. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of downtown. The hotel is conveniently located within a few blocks of Broadway, the country music hall of fame, the capitol, and more. It was so easy to explore the city on foot, with Lower Broadway, 2nd Ave, and Printers Alley just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff provided amazing service from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was fast and efficient, despite the busy atmosphere. The hotel staff was always ready to assist us and quickly resolved any requests or issues that arose, such as forgetting to leave us coffee in our room one day. The breakfast service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The property itself was well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown attractions. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment at the lounge, featuring the talented Cross Atlantic duo. The free shuttle and proximity to Broadway and other downtown attractions made getting around convenient. Additionally, having a Starbucks in the lobby was a great bonus. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I had an amazing stay thanks to the helpful front desk staff and bellhop. The bar was a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of several popular attractions in this fabulous city. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless.
