The hotel is old but well maintained. Slight view of the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Okay breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff showed pride in maintaining a recently upgraded hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the bay and close to both Dunedin and the beaches. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and hot food, making it a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a wonderful residential area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved that the hotel was located across from a beautiful walking trail that overlooked the bay. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning view without having to deal with the crowds and sand of the beach. Additionally, the hotel was significantly quieter than staying directly on the beach, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were great, with a pool and picnic tables available for guests to use. I also appreciated that there was a snack and pop shop on-site, with reasonable prices. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options to choose from, including the opportunity to make fresh waffles. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, with the only exception being one person. They were all very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff, especially Brian, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with great views and close proximity to Clearwater, Dunedin, and Tampa.
