We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a microwave and mini fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was great, providing easy access to everything in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. It was so close to the Old Mill area and other attractions, making it convenient to explore. The hotel facilities were great, with an indoor pool that I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations too.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of everything, close to GSMNP, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg. It is also near shopping, kid-friendly activities, and amazing restaurants. The hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pool with a fun slide, were very nice and clean. We had no problem with the elevator or steps, and there were plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas by the pool. The parking lot was spacious, and the breakfast area, which they had just finished while we were there, was very cute. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Everything is what we need and want.
