Ideal small hotel with restaurants and eateries.

Central location in a shopping area.

Rooms are great-sized and brand-new with a microwave oven, the TV and a mini-fridge.

Complimentary and satisfactory breakfast available daily with a waffle and a hot meal, to mention but a few.

Excellent service and an early check-in.

Good value compared to other Cocoa properties.

Past vacationers were disappointed with a little old bathrooms.

Wi-Fi was very poor for such a hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with a clean room upon arrival. The hotel facilities were great, including a table and chairs in the room which was perfect for catering in. The location was ideal, as it was close to the cruise terminal and just a few minutes away from Cocoa Beach. Additionally, the availability of shuttle services to the port was very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and ensuring a pleasant stay.

For us, it was ideal.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Poolside view without noise from the nearby truck stop. Good breakfast with many options to choose from. Complimentary Wall Street Journal newspaper and regular housekeeping.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. I felt safe throughout my stay, which was crucial for me. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food. The staff, especially the front desk staff, was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They provided helpful information about the nearby shopping area, shuttle service, and parking options for my car. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to both the Orlando airport and the Kennedy Space Center.

Almost perfect.

The beds were quite comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were also satisfactory. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the option for early check-in. Additionally, there were nearby gas stations where I could conveniently purchase ice, drinks, and snacks.

Nothing to fault.
