We had a fantastic stay! The staff was responsive and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel had ample free parking and was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a large department store. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed the nearby Mexican restaurant for excellent food. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. the hotel facilities and location were great!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They were always ready to help and provided us with all the information we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that the bathroom was always clean and we received fresh towels every day. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was within walking distance of downtown and close to the LA convention center where we had an event to attend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The hotel provided a free continental breakfast every morning from 7-9am, which was a great way to start the day. The staff here were amazing, especially the young man who checked us in. He was super nice, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were big and clean, and we loved the mini fridge and safe. The location of the hotel was reasonable to downtown, and it was close to the Staples Center. The hotel was also easily accessible to the Metro, which was convenient for getting around the city. we had a great experience here!
