We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with very clean surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the free parking available. The location was perfect, with local stores, bars, and other hotels within easy reach. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from reception to the bar, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was spacious and very clean, even though it had a slightly dated feel. The shower over the bath was excellent, providing powerful and hot water. The breakfast at this hotel was superb, one of the best we've experienced. We couldn't find a better one anywhere else in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a busy student area, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was excellent. Despite being located above a pub and in a bustling area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and only a short distance to Exhibition Park for concerts.
