The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street from the beach and in the center of all that was happening. Being right in the mix on South Beach allowed me to easily explore and enjoy everything this city has to offer. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The manager's complimentary Mojito upon check-in was a delightful touch and the guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. But the highlight was definitely the prime location right on South Beach, in the heart of the bustling area. Being able to step outside and immediately have access to the beach and all the attractions in the area was a major plus.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even a fantastic Greek restaurant at the nearby Hilton. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
