The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were fantastic. The staff at reception and the pool were wonderful and very helpful. The location of the hotel, right by the river, was beautiful and provided great views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded my room to the new block, which had stunning views of the castle. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center and spa, were excellent. I also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and the hotel's perfect location near restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The best part was waking up to the beautiful view of the castle right in front of the hotel.

Spotlessly clean and lovely rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Contemporary and welcoming decor throughout. Very good breakfast with quality produce. Friendly staff. Great location right on the river with a stunning view of the castle.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The view of the castle and the Ness from my river view room was fantastic. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy meals at nearby restaurants. Everything was clean, and the hotel had excellent facilities including a pool and gym.
