From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful canal in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring Amsterdam. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. We also loved the complimentary amenities such as coffee, tea, and afternoon wine hours. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our baby's needs.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The attention to detail and the unique Dutch cultural touches made our stay truly special. The staff was top-notch and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for eating and shopping nearby. The complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings were a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the enchanting garden and the daily wine time, which provided a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers.

The hotel's quirky Alice in Wonderland-style garden and other interesting design features were a unique touch. The staff were amazing - so friendly and attentive.
