We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right at the harbor and within walking distance to downtown and the waterfront. Everything was so close and easily accessible. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the well-planned room with charger ports and convenient lights to the spotless bathroom and nice common areas for socializing. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with no speck of refuse even under the beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. We also appreciated the valet service, which was so convenient with the valet app and the prompt response when we needed our car.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, especially Lindon who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The gym and its staff were excellent, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of all downtown attractions.

We had a memorable stay at this hotel for our anniversary celebration. The staff at WXYZ were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Lindon, who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The rooms were well laid out, spotless, and pet-friendly, which was perfect for us as we were traveling with our dog. The hotel's location was ideal, with a short walk to downtown and the waterfront, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. We also appreciated the valet parking service, despite the slightly higher cost, as it provided great convenience during our stay.
